City Councilman said that the sculptures of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Way of the Cross are one of the most important monuments of cultural heritage in Totana.
On the one hand, the monument of the Sacred Heart of Jesus of Totana is a sculpture of nine meters high, located in one of the most emblematic and privileged places in the municipality, in the heart of Regional Park Sierra Espuña and in the vicinity of Sanctuary of Santa Eulalia.
The work of sculpture was completed in 1958 by sculptor Ramon Martinez Murcia Nicolás and inside houses a chapel and its front is a relief of about two meters, the Virgin with the child in his arms, and this is the same author.
