Phase Inter School Sports, organized by the Directorate General of Sports in the Region of Murcia, began on Thursday February 11 with the participation of the municipalities of Lorca, Alhama, Eagles, Puerto Lumbreras, Mazarrón and Totana Librilla.
The sports are called Basketball, Handball, Futsal and Volleyball, both male and female form, and child categories, and young cadet.
In this first phase will qualify for the inter Quarterfinals first classified.
This school year, the town of Totana is represented by seven teams from schools "Reina Sofia", "Juan de la Cierva" and "Prado Mayor."
Specifically, in the form of Futsal involving four teams, two of them in the IES "Juan de la Cierva" (children's and young men), and two of IES Prado Mayor "(young male and female cadet).
There are also three basketball teams, one of the College "Reina Sofia" (male cadet) and two of the IES "Juan de la Cierva" (young female and young male).
On the first day, schools of Totana received Mazarrón teams with victories for visiting teams.
