The lecture series framed in the "I Healthy Eating Week, which takes place in the Socio-Cultural Center" The Prison "begins Monday January 25 at 20:00 am in order to sensitize the public of need adequate food to maintain good health.
This activity, organized by the Center for Nutrition and Health "NUSA" in collaboration with the Department of Health, will be held from 25 to 28 January, with the development of a series of talks which made some simple directions on how to keep a healthy diet healthy.

On Tuesday 26 January, a diploma in Dietetics and Nutrition, Alberto Conejero Parra, report on "Overweight and obesity and how to prevent and treat."
The lecture series will culminate on Thursday 28 January with a lecture on "Can you delay aging?
