The Councillor for Housing, Daniel Aroca, holds a meeting with the Director General of Housing and Property, Antonio Javier Navarro Corchón to, inter alia, to continue working on the Comprehensive Rehabilitation Area San Roque-Las Parras
The rehabilitation works of the facades, roofs and medians of the main street Triana, funded by the Directorate General of Land and Housing by 75 percent, entering its final phase.
The Councillor for Housing, Daniel Aroca, which has met with the director general of Housing and Property, Antonio Javier Navarro Corchón, explained that, in this first phase is under way to restore the facades of two buildings located at Triana Main Street, number 2 and 8, the project amounts to a total of 151,739 euros.
The Autonomous Community has awarded a grant of 75 percent of all of this work, 113,804 euros, and 25 remaining to be paid by the owners of the property.
As indicated by the Councillor for Housing, Daniel Aroca, this action will improve the quality of life for the residents of this area projecting a better image of the oldest buildings at a time and at the same time, these works conducive work a much needed sector such as construction.
This is the first action to be carried out in this area, in addition to comprehensive rehabilitation to be held in the district of San Roque, whose funding bill has been passed weeks ago to allow 40 facade remodel buildings the area.
In this sense, the mayor explained that the general director of Housing at its meeting told of work action in the area of San Roque comprehensive rehabilitation will start soon, as reports that are in the Autonomous Community being finalized by the technicians.
Aroca has indicated that the rehabilitation of homes in the area of San Roque, Las Parras still open, so neighbors who want to request restoration of your home may be reported in the municipality and a technician will advise the council on the process.
During the meeting, informed the director general Aroca on new housing projects among which the rehabilitation of the La Prison and social residences being built in Totana, among other things.
