The Department of Culture programming continues with films being screened at the Performing Arts Hall (Cinema Velasco) of the town with the latest film for all tastes and ages at the price of 3 euros per ticket.
The film program includes the screening of the animated film, science fiction, comedy, fantasy, adventure, children, and aliens "Planet 51", which will be screened this weekend on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 January in two passes, at 17:00 hours and 19:30 hours.
"Planet 51" is the story of a family of aliens living peacefully in their world until the arrival of what for them is an alien: a man.
Captain Charles "Chuck" Baker, American astronaut lands on Planet 51 thinking he's the first person to walk the planet.
To his surprise, he discovers that the planet is inhabited by little green people who live happily in a world of white picket fence, reminiscent of the joyful innocence of the 50 American, whose only fear is being invaded by aliens. ..
