The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, and the rector of the University of Murcia, José Antonio Gómez Cobacho have signed a collaboration agreement to continue the training program for students in foreign universities, providing them with additional aid to general calls scholarship.
As stated by the mayor, the City has been working since 2006 with various universities in training, personnel, scientific research and technological development, among other things.
For this reason, so from the City "we see the need to continue this cooperation agreement with the University of Murcia, and also encourage the same way college students who receive training in Totana this university."
This agreement aims to assist in training of students from foreign universities municipality in the provision of aid to college students registered in Totana, complementary to general calls for scholarship, to improve their conditions of study.
To this end, these students will be required are entered in the Municipal at least in the two years preceding the date of application for aid.
