The Minister of Social Policy, Women and Migration, Joaquín Bascuñana, together with nine general managers who make up his team have started the new year 2010 with the conclusion of the first Board of Directors of Social Policy this year at the Shrine of the Holy in Totana.
The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, and the councilman of Social Welfare, Juan Carrion, thanked all the top makers in social policy in the Region of Murcia who have decided to start the year 2010 in the municipality.
In this sense, the mayor pointed out that Totana has a large municipal social services program through which it seeks to meet the needs of the people who need these municipal services.
Furthermore, as stated by Andreo, all social welfare programs can be carried out under the best conditions for two reasons, first, by the broad range of professionals working in them and, secondly, because the municipality has excellent premises in which to serve the elderly, children with special needs, disabled, people with Alzheimer's, disabled, among others.
During the Board of Directors, to be held all day today at the Hotel Monasterio de La Santa, Bascunan, and his team also discussed the needs that the mayor has presented, among which the implementation of the new Center of Multipurpose Care Disability, a building of over 700 square feet, built in the neighborhood Tirol-Camilleri of the town.
Also, Martínez Andreo has delivered a box counselor craftsman plasma conclusion of the Board of Directors of Social Policy in the town, just as Bascuñana team thanked the municipal reception with another gift.
