The Department of Sports organized during the month of December the Local Phase of team sports in the child categories, and young cadet, set in the Championship Sports Promotion of the Region of Murcia organized by the Directorate General of Sports in the Region Murcia in its Programme of School Age Sports.
The qualifying teams will compete in the Inter Phase starting next February along with the towns of Lorca, Alhama, Librilla, Aguilas, Mazarrón and Puerto Lumbreras.
In the sport of football, the teams that have been the IES "Juan de la Cierva" in categories Infant Boys and Junior Men, and the IES Prado Mayor "in the male cadet, while in the women's, College "Reina Sofía" participate in the female cadet.
There will be three teams in basketball, one of the College "Reina Sofía", the male cadet, and two teams in the IES "Juan de la Cierva", in the categories female and young male children.
