The Sports Council held on Saturday 21 November School Badminton Tournament at the School Board, set in the School Sports Programme for the categories juvenile, infant, cadet and youth, and attended to its implementation with Badminton Club collaboration Totana.
Participated in this championship a total of 80 students from different schools in Totana, highlighting the strong turnout in juvenile category of the College "Santa Eulalia" and some schools in the nearby town of Alhama
This school is qualifying competition for Phase Regional Championship Sports Promotion of the Region of Murcia, organized by the Directorate General of Sports in the Sports Program School Age, and just be held in the coming days Totana December 11 January 16, attended all the schools in the Region of Murcia.
The tournament concluded with the presentation of trophies to top three teams from each of the categories by the Councillor for Sports, José Antonio Valverde Queen, and a member of the Badminton Club Totana, Juan Daniel Canovas.
The champions in each of the categories were Julian, the School "Nuestra Senora del Rosario de Alhama" (juvenile male); Jennifer Toledo, College of Santa Eulalia (juvenile female), Youssef Bachiri, the College "Reina Sofia" ( male child), Sofia-Saker is Mecca, the IES "Juan de la Cierva" (female child), Pedro José Sánchez, the IES "Prado Mayor" (male cadet) and Pedro Jesús Cánovas, IES "Prado Mayor" ( juvenile male).
