Totana Local Police arrested four men they allegedly stole 600 kilos of table grapes in the area of the Gardens New (23/11/2009)

Local Police yesterday arrested Totana four individuals, residents of Cartagena, who allegedly stole 600 kilos of grapes, in the area of new orchards along the highway.

The officers intercepted a suspicious car, inside which were the four individuals, JCG CGG, MCG, MCG.

Once identified, the Local Police officers found that inside the vehicle, which had no compulsory insurance, a total of 600 kilos of grapes, which were allegedly stolen.

Furthermore, within the car also found two knives, a knife blade, a chain, pliers, socket wrenches and a mechanical jack, all tools to perpetrate robberies.

The four detainees, all elderly, were taken to Civil Guard units to begin the proceedings.
