Grotto Association and the Delegation of Lourdes Hospitality in Totana organized, under the "Fall Cultural" launched by the Department of Culture, on Saturday 28 November at 20:30 hours, a festival of choirs and Rondallas that will benefit the patients of the pilgrimage to Lourdes will take place in the Performing Arts Board of Totana, former Cine Velasco.
The councilman of Culture, Ana Belén García López, thanked the work of the members of the association, and that is enabling activities such as sick people who want to travel to Lourdes on a pilgrimage to do so for free.
He has also praised the solidarity of each of the groups that will act on this festival.
For his part, President of the Delegation of Lourdes Hospitality, Antonio Garcia, explained to be a total of eight local groups to participate in the festival.
Specifically, attendees will delight in Totana pilgrims' choir, the choir of the Romeros rociero Lebor, Friends of the Habanera, Los Charrasqueado, Mariachis, the Santa Cecilia Chorus and Elves.
Both the chairman of the delegation as the voluntary association, Toni Garcia, have indicated that the tickets will be priced at three euros, an amount that will be dedicated entirely to fund the travel of sick people.
So, have ensured that the pilgrimage last year, were ten patients who traveled to Lourdes for free.
In addition, the Festival will feature a "Tier 0" for those who want to collaborate, but who can not attend.
