Totana City Council signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Murcia to assist in the training of students in foreign universities.
This initiative, launched by the Councillor for Education, Trini Cayuela, was adopted at the last meeting of the Local Government Board.
As stated by the mayor, the City has been working with several universities in training, personnel, scientific research and technological development, among other things.
For this reason, so from this Council, "we see the need to continue this cooperation agreement with the University of Murcia, and also encourage the same way Totana college students who receive training in this university."
This agreement aims to assist in training of students from foreign universities municipality in the provision of aid to college students registered in Totana, complementary to general calls for scholarship, to improve their conditions of study.
To this end, these students will be required are entered in the Municipal at least in the two years preceding the date of application for aid.
