The Association of Independent Workers of Murcia (ATA), in collaboration with the Department of Employment Development and the City of Totana, will give a talk on the "Outreach Program contract economically dependent self-employed and their record" at the Center Local Development on Wednesday November 25 at 20:00.
This talk is part of the cycle of days, "Outreach Program contract economically dependent self-employed and registration", ATA is conducting throughout the Region, and is funded by the Autonomous Community of Murcia, Department Education, Training and Employment and the Directorate General of Labour.
The purpose of the conference is to acquaint the TRADE of the Region of Murcia the entry into force of Royal Decree 197/2009 of 23 February, which develops the status of self in terms of economic self-employed contract dependent and registration and establishing the State Register of professional self-employed (BOE March 4, 2009).
It also will announce the resolution of March 18, 2009, the Public Employment Service, which establishes the procedure for registration of contracts of economically dependent self-employed (BOE April 4, 2009) and report on the employment of dependent and self-employed for the registration procedure.
