The Sports Council has recently organized walking out, framed within the program of activities for the 2009/10 season, which took place on Sunday 8 November, the Sierra de Ricote.
The route chosen was the "Timber Trail" located within the network of trails in the region of Murcia.
The route, which was about 16 kilometers and was completed in a total of four hours, was attended by a total of 28 walkers who could enjoy magnificent landscapes, despite the strong wind that was the best performer during this time trails.
For the next month, the Department of Sports has organized another route, which will be the traditional popular hike in the area of the Orchards of Totana to be held on Sunday 13 December.
The route will run from January Caputa Source and the Rambla de Perea in the town of Mula.
