The association of physical disabilities Totana "Mifito" in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment begins in November Job Placement Plan (LIP) aimed at students who have completed the initial professional qualification program developed Office Assistant in the Association.
The PIL tries to support the entry into the labor of young people with disabilities and special educational needs.

This program will develop both personal interviews and group activities where they work together to matters pertaining to employment (job placement, career preferences ...), other personal and social aspects that are critical to achieving employment and standardization in daily life (social skills, assertiveness, self-esteem, autonomy, training and memory).
Once the first phase of training and advice, young people go to a second phase in which businesses are visited in line with the profiles of users, partners with youth to job interviews and selection processes and leave the curriculum in different job boards.
Once achieved the job, are tracked in the new job to ensure continuity in the recruitment and thus achieve more job security.
