Avenida Paseo de la Rambla de la Santa, the most emblematic and well known road of the municipality, will begin to transform its image thanks to the renovations have already begun to run later this week through the departments of Planning and Development Sustainable and Integrated Maintenance Services and the City.
As the mayor explained and Comprehensive Maintenance Services of the City, Sergio López, improvement works will be undertaken in two tranches, on the right and left of that street, from Bridge Street to Bridge Street Gardeners' Cross.
These works, referred to in the Work Plan of the Local Investment Fund have been allocated a budget of 774,059 euros '46, with a lead time of 3 months.
The works, as explained by the mayor, consist of the demolition of the sidewalk, replacement of trees and the currently existing public lighting and the construction of a new sidewalk with paving stones with a special design for the mall, will be planted palm trees, hibiscus and brachichiton replace the existing trees and new street lamps will be placed.
