Users of the project "Integration of children and youth rehabilitative or at risk of social exclusion" launched by the Social Welfare Department, have conducted an orientation workshop education and employment, which has been made by the psychologist, Pedro José Tudela Martínez.
During the workshop, involving 14 young people, issues and the importance of study, expectations of future labor market opportunities, among other issues.
Young people actively participated in the session by different dynamics and activities focused on reflection and awareness of the benefits of the effort in the studies.
This project is funded by the Directorate of Integration of Immigrants, Ministry of Labour and Immigration and main objective is to promote and make the learning process of children between 12 and 16 years from family backgrounds and social disadvantage and educational level have deficits , family and society, strengthening their capacities, skills and attitudes to inclusion, social participation and citizen coexistence.
Furthermore, within the project intends to develop other social and educational activities until December.
These activities will range from social skills workshops, educational support, creative workshops, substance abuse prevention, sports, positive employment activities leisure etc.
