The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, and the councilman of Deportes, José Antonio Valverde Queen, accompanied the coaching staff and the UD Paretón in the traditional floral offering to the Virgin of Our Lady of the Rosary, who every year comes by the local football team on the occasion of the feast of its patron.
The ceremony was also attended by the village headman and president of the UD Paretón, Tomas Paredes.
The wreath was held last Friday at the Church of Our Lady of Rosario of Las Lomas-Paretón, where Father Lucas said a few words to the players after which the staff of the UD Paretón occasion of the feast of its patron Nuestra Señora del Rosario, proceeded to make a wreath.
The municipal authorities had words of appreciation for both the board of the team and players for their efforts and the work developed for the maintenance of the local team, and encouraged them to continue on the same line, wishing them a good season .
