On 2 October, the presidents of sororities and fraternities had their first town hall meeting to inform those present, among other things, the schedule of meetings and activities for the period 2009-2010, according to the spokesman of the Illustrious Cabildo a statement.
Members of the board of the council responsible for delegationships informed the presidents of the start of the first meeting to be held in the council house the next day:
ORGANIZATIONAL Vocalia: Monday 5th of October at 9:00 p.m.
Vocalia AID: Wednesday October 8th at 9:00 p.m.
Vocalia TRAINING: Wednesday October 8th at 9:00 p.m.
Vocalia MUSIC: Thursday October 9 at 9:30 p.m.
Also, as in previous years and that each can be organized Brotherhood or Brotherhood, the policy of the Illustrious Cabildo, presented the schedule of dates when the Assembly convened the next financial year 2009-2010, leaving open the possibility, if circumstances required to convene another meeting to some of the dates indicated below:
