The councilman of Social Welfare, Juan Carrion Tudela, accompanied by the Municipal Technical Immigration Service of the municipal department, and representatives of the Native Women's Association of Canar, presented the program of activities organized to celebrate the "Intercultural Week III "which will run from September 28 through October 11.

In this way, Carrion Tudela said that "after three consecutive years, the Intercultural Week activities in Totana make an annual tradition this year is strengthened by the participation of a greater number of associations representing the cultures of different countries."
The scheduled activities will continue on Wednesday 30 September with a briefing on Bolivia by ATB Association, to be conducted at 20:30 in the Multipurpose Room of Citizen Participation.
For Wednesday October 1 the video will be screened on video Andean culture and the mystery of the moon in the Incas "Quilla Raymi", organized by the Women's Canar, at 20:00 pm in the Multipurpose Room Participation Citizen.
The events continue on Friday October 2 with another projection on "The power of the pyramids of the Mayans and Aztecs." Concert Mexico quartz bowls and Tibetan bowls, by the Cultural Association of Mexico and the Central Association Integra Totana.
Ceremony of the ancient Maya purification of the environment and contact with nature, to be held at 20:00 in the Multipurpose Room of Citizen Participation.
On Saturday October 3 will be held on Dance and Folk Festival and a vision of the Andean culture from 16:00 pm in the Auditorium of the Municipal Park "Marcos Ortiz," where there will be entertainment, games for children and youth, music and dance.

On Thursday October 8th will be a workshop for children, "Guess who I am", organized by the Collective for Social Promotion "The Candle" to be held at 17:00 on Edutec "Colorines", "Parcheesi" " Puzzle "," Alvagón "and" San Roque ".
