The Councillor for Environment, Trini Cayuela, presented the third regional campaign "Clean Up the World" which will take place in the town on 26 September, with the free distribution of native flora species in the Mobile Information Point , which will be installed in the Plaza of the Constitution in the morning.
It is an international campaign led by the United Nations Program for the Environment, which promotes local efforts as key to improvements in the environment and promotes long term joint action of administrations, companies, associations, schools and communities individuals.
Regionally, the campaign is coordinated through the Environmental Volunteer Program in Natural Region of Murcia from the General Directorate of Natural Heritage and Biodiversity of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water.
The proceedings provided for in this campaign will be held on Saturday 26th September and will include the free distribution of species of native flora such as mastic trees, shrubs, Aleppo pines and oaks in the Mobile Information Point, which will be installed on the Square up in the morning until last.
This event, organized from the Department of Environment and consistent in the distribution of these plants will be conducted through the Environmental Volunteers Volunteer Service dependent Municipal Councillor for Citizen Participation.
