The Councillor for Education, Trini Cayuela, visited the local nursery schools "Clara Campoamor", "Carmen Baró" and classrooms Point Child Care "Doña nugget López Gandía", to mark the start of the 2009/10 school start , this year benefiting from a total of 266 students who began their education since yesterday.
Specifically, the Municipal School Children "Calara Campoamor" contains a total of 126 children, while the Escuela Municipal "Carmen Baró" and Point of Care for Children "Doña Pepita López Gandía" have a total of 140 school children.
During the visit, the mayor has been shown that the incorporation of students has been carried out normally, as most of the repair, servicing and maintenance carried out during the summer in these facilities are completed.
In relation to these works, the mayor pointed out that in Kindergarten "Clara Campoamor" is painted inside the building, has placed gravel on the patio and have carried out drainage works in a low cost 9,110 euros, and the Municipal School "Carmen Baró" has changed the washer and dryer, toilet and proceeded to paint the patio and benches for an amount of 450 euros.
In this sense, the mayor has emphasized the professional and human quality of professional support and monitors who serve in these schools, highlighting the need for this type of visit to see "up close and operationally" needs the services provided at these schools.
