Occupational Center is "a social service for the personal development of disabled people to achieve, within the capabilities of each, the overcoming of obstacles that the disabled are supposed to social integration", he recalled Councilman Social Welfare, Juan Carrión.
In this sense, the mayor noted that the Occupational Center "José Moya" is a social service specialist, with more than eight years of operation, which is intended to foster personal autonomy and social integration of people with mental disabilities in the municipality.
Today the center serves people with intellectual disabilities associated with your physical limitations and deficits, and at times, "are so important that they contained entirely to walk or perform activities of daily living independently," according to sources the center.
Sources say the center between the basic services provided include those of occupational and social adjustment (adaptive skills).
