Totana's neighbors will have a new alternative, closer to home to attend university courses and vocational training
The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, and the Councillor for Education, Trini Cayuela, accompanied by the first mayors of Lorca, Aguilas, Mazarrón and Puerto Lumbreras in addition to the educational project manager, Juan Ramon Media Precioso, this morning visited the Campus future works of Lorca.
As explained Martínez Andreo, after a meeting with the aldermen, this new campus will become a new alternative for college and vocational training for residents of Totana.
During the meeting, officials of the municipalities have begun to establish lines of cooperation between the municipalities and the Campus in transport, work experience in the municipalities, development of courses and seminars, among other things.
In this sense, Martínez Andreo explained that the City Council of Totana is working actively with campus leaders to implement collaborative projects as needed.
Totanero the mayor explained, after learning firsthand the educational project, which from 2010 will be given the degree of nursing and occupational therapy and is scheduled to begin a master's degree related to this area of knowledge and the Social Economics, Polytechnic University of Cartagena,
