Eligible individuals who have a contracted capacity of less than 3 kW in residence and who are benefiting from the Last Resort Rate (TUR) (its price is set by management, are outside marketers who have contracted with in the free market).
Likewise, owners can benefit with 60 years of age pensioners can provide proof of Social Security system for retirement, permanent disability or widowhood, and who receive the minimum amounts in force with respect to the holders with a dependent spouse, or without spouse living in an economic single unit, as well as recipients of compulsory pension insurance and disability (SOVI) and non-contributory pension and disability pension over 60 years.
On the other hand, have the right to "social bonus" holders of supply points for residence, that credit to be extended families under the Law 40/2003 of Protection of Large Families, and also be subject to the LRT.
