Avenida Paseo de la Rambla de la Santa, the most emblematic and well known road of the municipality, will begin to transform its image thanks to the refurbishment to be carried out through the departments of Planning and Sustainable Development and Comprehensive Maintenance City.
Local Government Board has approved the final award of the first phase of these works for an amount of 136,000 euros.
As explained by the mayor of the City Comprehensive Maintenance, Sergio Lopez, at this early stage, including the Plan of Municipal Works and Services 2009, will replace the existing trees and other planting which does not deteriorate the firm as has happened with the current.
Moreover, as noted by the council, will also build new sidewalks and new pavement will be installed new street lights.
These works, which will take place from the bridge of San Antonio to the bridge of Herrerias, will be complemented by those which are going to run through the aid of Local Investment Plan.
The project of remodeling the Avenida Paseo de la Rambla de la Santa, has an investment of 150,000 euros.
