Propose to the House to grant the "Golden Shield in the city of Totana" Coral to Santiago de Totana (29/07/2009)

The Department of Culture presented a proposal to the full City Council of Totana , to be held on Thursday 30 July, to grant the "Golden Shield Totana City of Coral Santiago de Totana" to go in this state all the qualities and merits creditor that make this honor and distinction.

The mayor of the sector, Ana Belén García, stated that the Municipal Socialist Group in February 2007 suggested the beginning of documents on the granting by the City of Gold Shield Totana City Coral Totana to Santiago de Totana because of the obvious merit dissemination, expansion and promotion of musical culture and the good name of Totana.

Thus, the full City Council plenary on 25 November 2008 agreed to the appointment of instructor and secretary of the case brought to the Golden Shield Award from the City of Coral Totana to Santiago de Totana, which took about 50 accessions established within various groups in the locality.

Therefore, and after this agreement, which will adopt in this House, will hold a ceremony which shall deliver the diploma certifying that distinction.
