Though we were in summer, members of the Athletic Club, JC Pallets Totana they still represent the club in various tests both within and outside our region, continuing harvest of great successes in the races.
So, on Saturday June 27 there was dual representation totanera.
On the one hand Cuesta took part in the third edition of the race night "Villa in Albox, Almeria.
The test began at 22h and was attended by over a hundred athletes.
Over a distance of 9 kilometers, Francisco, with a spectacular lap of 32:14, finished at Number 12 overall and 10 in senior category.
That same afternoon, the athlete Pepe Saez was present in the first edition of 10 kilometers, "Fiestas de San Pedro" in the town of Blanca Murcia.
Along with over two hundred athletes, Pepe finished the test with a time of 50:24.
On Saturday night, July 18 Pedro Sánchez Mateo athlete took part in the Second Half Marathon Night "Begastri Cross" in Cehegín.
In this second edition almost 300 athletes took part, getting Peter a great lap of 1h: 26min., Which allowed him to take the number 31 overall and 13 in its category.
The next day, Sunday July 19, there was also representing the club at the XXXII Carrera Popular "City of Eagles" event where about 100 participants took part and whose distance was about 4 miles.
The club athlete Juan Manuel Cano finished the test with a time of 18:34, arriving at position 48 of the general and 14 veterans category A.
Following the success totaneros, on Sunday July 26 there was also representing the Club in a new test Speedway Lorca, on the run popular "Festival of Puri."
In it, responsible for representing the colors totaneros was Fulgencio Garcia, who with a great time of 24:02 failed to reach the second place in its category.
The test began at 9:30 pm and the distance traveled by participants was 6,400 meters.
Regarding the upcoming events where Totana Athletics Club athletes will be present during this summer, finding evidence as the 23 Upload the Sanctuary of Mary Magdalene, Novelda (Alicante), the popular race "Fiestas del Campillo" in Lorca, Career XVI "For Life" in Mazarrón or Night Race XXVII "Mayor of Eagles."
And of course, will be widely represented in the race queen Club, 9th Big Pond "Panzamelba Grand Prix, which takes place on Saturday 29 August where the Club is planning a party for both participants and the audience.
