The City Council of Totana and the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment signed a collaboration agreement to continue the development of training offered by the Centre for Adult Continuing Education, located in the Old Secondary School in the town.
Through this agreement, as reported by the Councillor for Education, Trini Cayuela, aims to continue and facilitate the development of the training of adult education at the premises and facilities that the Consistory has in the town, and guarantee the town a range of adult education to the requirements and needs, in the context of the overall planning of these lessons for the whole of the Autonomous Community of Murcia.
Specifically, the Centre for Adult Continuing Education of the town, which is located in the Old Institute on Avenida de Lorca, has a very broad educational opportunities, and among the courses offered include literacy, driving license, Mentor ( training through Internet, Introduction Professional: Assistant repair of vehicles, preparation of entrance exam to the University for over 25 years, Secondary Education III / IV, free test preparation GE Title Secondary Literacy Workshop, Secondary Education, Spanish for foreigners, and free test preparation School Title GE.
One of the main objectives of the Adult Education Center, as the mayor said, is "to provide citizens the opportunity to train throughout his life, trying to give them maximum possible preparation to meet the new challenges of society. "
