Two years ago, a first Economic and Financial Plan has been unsuccessful because they do not originate in the real situation municipal accounts. The inefficiency of this first plan led to the realization of another new economic plan. "
Under this plan the council hopes that "the municipal government consider our proposals and to many others that have led to full and that the PP has voted against have since been adopted by the municipal government by changing the name."
The mayor says that "a major financial burden comes from the Chapter Hall of personnel."
At this level, the Socialists propose "a battery of measures, among which two stand out for the containment or reduction of these staff costs:
The recruitment process in the operating companies of any municipally owned service (garbage collection, landscaping, municipal collection ...) should be implemented through transparent processes prevailing in the principles of equality, public and merit.
Reduce the salary of any officer in excess of € 3,000 gross per month.
Morales Belchí concludes that "the PSOE, with an exercise of responsibility, brings to the table important measures aimed to improve the economic situation of the municipality."
