The deadline for submitting applications to participate in the Classrooms of Nature, framed in the "Summer Youth 2009", organized by the Youth Council, will remain open until Thursday 28 May.
The Hall of Nature, to be held at the site of the Stables, has 45 places for children born between 1996 and 2001, and during the camp will develop field trips, workshops, walks, games and bathrooms, among other actions to promote awareness and respect for the natural and cultural environment of the mountain.
Applications will be collected and presented to the Citizens Advice Service (SAC) of the City of Totana, Monday through Friday from 09:00 hours to 14:00 hours, and once the place has been confirmed, will have to pay a fee of 110 euros.
The allotment of seats held by public ballot, provided that the number of applications exceeds the number of places available, preference taking applications from residents of Totana.
The first round will be held from 1 to 7 July, and the second shift, from 9 to 15 July.
Once the registration period will be published admitidlos lists for the drawing in Informajoven bulletin boards, the City of Totana and on its website.
To achieve these camps Nature Classroom aims inter alia to promote respect for the environment, discover the natural and cultural values of this area, promoting cooperative and inclusive work group and the attitudes of camaraderie and respect for others and the environment, enjoy and live an unforgettable experience, and encourage children to live in an environment of respect for people and the environment, and through play and contact with nature.
