More than 20 members of the Senior Center's "Paretón-Cantareros" recently visited the offices of the Day Care Service (SED) at the Municipal Center for Senior Citizens Plaza Balsa Vieja, and the exhibition "Los Millares "which is located in the Municipal Exhibition Hall" Gregorio Cebrián.
Through these events, organized by the Department of Social Welfare, through the Department of Aging and the City of Totana Unit, members could see first hand the services and activities in the SED have been developed, such as hairdressing services, information, computer workshop, physiotherapy, press, dining and takeaway meals.
We made a tour of the exhibition "Los Millares" in the Municipal Exhibition Hall "Gregorio Cebrián," where they could see what was over the life of these ancestors.
This activity, which falls within the Programme of Activities of the Senior Center-Cantereros Paretón, it was a pleasing experience of members who rated it "very interesting."
From the Department of Social Welfare to encourage all persons over 60 years and be retired to become members of senior centers and participate in activities that are underway.
