The councilman of Promotion and Employment, Trini Cayuela, has kicked out the course "welcome and attention to public utilities" in a classroom of CLD, with a total duration of 200 hours and that taught from 9:30 am to 13:30 am Monday through Friday until July 21 and is being given by UCOMUR (Union of worker cooperatives in the region of Murcia)
The contents in the course work will focus on how to make the connection management and oral and written communications with internal and external stakeholders of the company, and receiving and assisting visitors to the same, as well as the different tasks assistance and basic administrative support and diverse.
Additionally, the modules that will be taught during this training activity are: ratio of care work and administrative support, administrative aspects of reception, office basic level, execute the tasks for the reception of visitors, oral communication skills and attention to age correct and resolve situations and English fluently to the public.
