The students of the Escuela Taller "Casa de las Monjas I" participate in a seminar on "Prevention of drug addiction" (15/04/2009)

The students of the Escuela Taller "Casa de Las Monjas I", through the Department of Public Works and Employment, in collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare, has recently particpate in a seminar on "Prevention of drug addiction" that has been place over four days.

At the seminar, which is part of the various actions taken to complete the comprehensive training of students, addressed the description of the types of drugs and their adverse effects on the body and human behavior and the implications working environment and, in particular the increased risk of illness and workplace accidents.

The sessions also included information about agencies and public and private support in the field of drug addiction.
