He says the councilman, that central government investment is included in the FCI (Inter-territorial Compensation Fund) for which the state invests in specific projects to address economic imbalances between areas and enforce the constitutional principle of solidarity.
"The Compensation Fund is intended, therefore, to finance projects directly or indirectly promote the creation of income and wealth in the territory," says Martinez Usero.
The council welcomes the socialist central government investment in this infrastructure, which under his view "correct an enormous debt of the municipality with its neighbors in the hamlet of Las Viñas, plus it will improve the quality of life the same. "
