Totana Civil Protection reported that following the recent torrential rains and snow in higher elevations of the Natural Park of "Sierra Espuña" in recent days has regrown Espuña river in the area of "Purgatory" ( Enmedio along the ravine, known as "El Reventón").

This fact, which for many years has not occurred in this area has meant that during this weekend dozens of visitors come to see the phenomenon.

As reported by technicians Civil Protection, the river Espuña, dry flow and collects water falling from the hill Bermejo, often rarely leave the area in Purgatory and for years that this area does not regrow.
