The course students' attention and care to dependent people "make a visit to the EDS (06/04/2009)

Students of the Course of attention and care for dependents, which is being developed at the Centre for Local Development of Totana, recently visited the Day Care Service (DIS) located in the Municipal Center Senior Plaza Balsa Vieja.

During the visit they observed the center's facilities and received a brief explanation of how this service and its objectives.

Students were able to interact with users making a plaster painting workshop.

This visit is part of the practices to be performed during the course, where students see first hand what the work with the elderly and what needs are to be of primarily serving.
