The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, escorted by the councilman of Roads and hamlets, Juan Pagan, and Council Member of Planning and Sustainable Development, María José Bedia, visited this morning the first works of the ten roads that will be funded by the Local Investment Fund in the municipality.
Specifically there are three roads that are paved in the upper area of the town, one of which is the road known as the Garden of Don Luis Lafuente, 600 meters long, with a budget of EUR 34,803.71.
Furthermore, also is being remodeled and paving the way for whiting, with the Tajo-Segura, with an approximate length of 600 meters and with a budget of EUR 29,848.53 and the way of the turret in the deputation of more Morti 650 square meters with a budget of EUR 29,030.13.
In addition, the Provincial Government of La Costera is extending the paving of Hawthorn Road having a length of 1450 meters and has a budget of EUR 83,151.92.
As explained Councilwoman Planning, will soon begin the construction of two roads in the hamlets of Lebor and El Raiguero, whose posters have been installed.
Roads Councilman thanked involvement in the drafting of technical projects for the Municipal Technical Office, and in record time has been made that the works start as soon as the National Government has given approval to themselves.
According to Pagan, with this work is in response to repeated demand of the residents of these areas have their primary residence homes.
For his part, Mayor of Totana, explained that the town was one of the first statewide projects submitted and approved by the central government since the swift action of the municipal technicians has meant that the works are already underway .
