Totana today condemned violence against women in silent demonstration "Black Wednesday" held the first Wednesday of each month as revulsion to such actions as a pioneer in the Region of Murcia.
The concentration was chaired by the Mayor of Totana, José Martínez, accompanied by members of the government team, in order to show the conviction and condemnation of violence against women.
The ceremony was also attended by representatives of different social associations in the municipality, in solidarity with victims of gender violence, have expressed their strong condemnation against these actions that violate women.
