On Sunday February 15 Lorca was played in stage 3 of the Interclub Cartagena, considered the queen stage of this competition.
The route ran through the surrounding marsh bridges that were given 3 laps and the last one ended in the top of the castle of Lorca, as the profile of the course was very uneven and selective.
The morning started as usual with 200 cyclists out and with a sky threatening rain again and ultimately make an appearance.
The first round was selective and fast it broke the whole group, and also produce good day's break, posing hardships to lead and Juan Manuel Camacho finally win again, due to the disqualification of Theophilus, the winner last year by not signing at the start.
In terms of our notice the good performance of Pedro Jesus made 4 of veterans up to the podium and showing that he will take the dot for the next races and also the work of Jose Angel trying to contest the sprint and kept in top positions and José Andreo, Juan and Pedro Rivas.
