The Department of Culture cooperates in the new edition collectible of the weekly "Local Line" to promote the local artists through the dissemination of layers of the most emblematic of Totana, which will also be sent to totaneros residing outside the municipality through the "Totaneros in the World."
The paper begins next week with the cast of a new collection of twelve plates, reproducing paintings of landscapes and places of Totana made by members of the Association of Painters "Contras" T "and this year is presented with illustrations urban which included pottery.
The councilman of Culture, Ana Belén García López, stressed during the presentation of the plates, the track record of more than fifteen years of "Local Line" as well as the work done by the association "Contras" T "in this project.
Also, the mayor has praised the commitment of the newspaper for promoting local artists and to bring a memory of landmarks in the town to the homes of many totaneros through this collection of twelve plates.
The mayor of Culture explained that this year will also be sent totaneros collectibles to living outside the municipality through the "Totaneros in the world", as it did last year they were shipped about 1,000 copies.
As confirmed by López García, the response of people who have received collectibles at home has been very positive and the Council has received letters of thanks from totaneros living in different parts of the world.
For its part, the president of "Contras" T "thanked the director of" Local Line "confidence has again demonstrated the association to entrust the new collection, which this year shows corner of Totana and the Municipal Park Marcos Ortiz , Casa de Morti or the aqueduct that crosses the Rambla de la Santa.
