Municipal Society for the Promotion of Industrial Land and Housing (PROINVITOSA) has published the Statement of Basis for the establishment of a bag for the acquisition of land for economic activities, by providing estimates of the General Plan and in light of the tenders submitted by the owners interested in selling, as reported by the Councillor for Industry, José Antonio Valverde queen.

As explained by the council of Industry, José Antonio Valverde Queen, in recent years the industrial park "The Saladar" has undergone tremendous growth, both in the number of meters of urban land as the number of companies established.
In addition, almost all of the developments that have shaped the current polygon have been promoted and managed by the municipal company Proinvitosa, which has led to building land reserves available to that company are slim.
The soil likely to be offered by the owners must be located in the town of Totana and fall (according to the provisions of General Municipal Management Plan, approved provisionally by the city of Totana) in any of the following categories: non-developable land zoned, developable land and urban land zoned for economic activities.
