The fifteen students in the Occupational Classroom, launched during last October under an agreement signed between the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment and the city of Totana, participated in various activities scheduled throughout the Institute Secondary Education "Juan de la Cierva" and those organized by various municipal departments.
In this way, students have participated in a total of 12 training on risk prevention techniques taught by Hall skilled in the art.
Subsequently, the mobile classroom visited the Institute for Women, which is going through all the towns in the Murcia Region in order to raise awareness of actions on prevention of domestic violence and raise the awareness and prevention campaigns against gender violence, to the public.
Another activity in which these students have participated in the contest has been organized by the crumbs IES Juan de la Cierva, which is attached the classroom and held in honor of Saint Thomas Aquinas, on Friday 23 January.
The Occupational Hall, attended by a total of 15 students is a positive action measure to ensure the continuity of students in the educational system, thus preventing absenteeism and early school leaving.
With the implementation of these classrooms, as reported by the mayor of the sector, Trini Cayuela, is intended to respond to those students who do not wish to continue formal and compulsory education are not old enough to study for initial qualification or to start in the workplace.
