The Department of Housing and Heritage has launched an information campaign for people who are interested in carrying out rehabilitation of the facades in the area of "Jail", under an agreement to be signed to finance them.
Just as has been done in the Area of Integrated Rehabilitation (ARI) in Barrio San Roque, Las Parras which will perform works by more than 40 homes, has now opened the application period of rehabilitation for those houses in the area of "Jail."
The Councillor for Housing and Real Estate, Daniel Aroca, has indicated that the first essential step to carry out these actions is that neighbors who are interested in the rehabilitation of the facade submit an application at the Citizen Service Centre (SAC) located in the Consistory.
Thus, we can count how many homes are eligible for the grant to the Autonomous Community has for this project.
Aroca stressed that total investment in the rehabilitation works of the facades also involved the owner, as happened in the ARI of San Roque, where subsidies have come to pay up to 80 percent of the value of the work .
The mayor stressed the importance of applications, since it is necessary to count the number of houses to present the project to the Regional Administration.
The Consistory, as noted by Aroca, wants to improve the overall condition of the buildings in some ways the municipality, particularly those located in historic areas of town, carrying out works to eliminate architectural barriers and reforms facades decks and structures, and adequacy of housing.
