The Community Development Center in the community of San Pedro Town of Atlangatepec Ecatepec (Tlaxcala - Mexico), is a space from which to provide various services such as job training and self-employment, training of community health in areas including , human rights, environment and family violence, and alternative social services, cultural and educational programs for children, youth and women, with attention spans of 600 people or 250 families on average each year, through which specialists the institution has.
Totana City Council began to collaborate in the development of cooperation projects in Atlangatepec - Tlaxcala, Mexico in 2005 with the launch of the project: Action for the Sustainable Development of 2 micro-branches in high fashion and food, led the group of disadvantaged women in rural communities of Atlangatepec.
