Statement submitted by the Civic Platform Urban Plan Not this:

"The platform has been reported time and again that the General Urban Plan was made in the letter of speculation, based on phantom projects. Not only the route of the AVE impairs transport hub to promote the industry and progress of Totana but also the ghosts of the Plan and continuing the path of the tram, which today we call "project smoke", because it passes through cities "ghostly" whose projects are being investigated by the justice, as the case of Galicia project in the hamlet of Raiguero as well as all infrastructure based on speculation, and patronage.

While the PP government was concerned with these projects ghosts, the route of the AVE was a mystery, despite the huge spending on consultants and business "experts" in planning, designing an unrealistic plan.

Today we find in smoke and a disservice to the people, being responsible for this, the steps taken since 2003 by cronyism and omission of control and rigor of their paths.

Today some would call the citizens to make party politics.

The Platform has presented more than 3000 claims in the past two years, we have made despite the continued stonewalling briefings, conferences, meetings, we expressed two times and have demanded the revision of the General Plan, until we read a manifesto the approval of the plenary session, making the PP ignored the requests of many neighbors, not only of our arguments but to many others presented at the time by various social sectors.

Therefore, it seems a joke over local government, which tries to use the claims of the residents for their partisan interests.

Citizens must realize that they have been used with false promises, false matches with people driven by private interests.

Remember the old Totana Independent Party, whose leader said at the time that the Plan should be thrown away, and later appeared as the main supporter of the mayor to the charges of various crimes, call the "Good Name Totana.

We denounce the constant manipulations of a party that has ignored more than 12000 arguments presented in its entirety in several installments from the General Urban Plan, and now calls on citizens to advocate its use.

It is outrageous to see the partisan use of these issues, when we see the low quality of commuter rail, improving it to be the priority for workers, and students.

Communication with Cartagena, Fuente Alamo, Mazarron and Aguilas is harmful; and to Elche, and in respect of Murcia, on reaching the city is desperately waiting for the bus lines to go to a specific destination, arriving at times be the arrival at the Law School over an hour due to the delay of the famous "Lightning" that instead of lightning should be called "turtle."

If we continue this way will be faster with the AVE, come to Madrid to play in the "stock exchange", to go to study or work in Murcia, Cartagena and Aguilas.

Apathy is overwhelming states of our leaders to promote sound public transport and quality and to facilitate the bikes running on the streets.

While it is an advancement that is long overdue, bicycles placed at various points in Totana and we recognize that effort, but that becomes obsolete by the lack of adequate lanes throughout the municipality, stalled due to irrelevant, malicious and useless General Plan .

It's okay to join the progress of Totana, but with transparency, which in this case does not exist.

It is hypocrisy mouthful for totaneras companies and instead continued to tripping of prestigious industries, with recognition and national prestige, throwing them and forcing them to expand their business outside of our town, for reasons of personal grudges.

To complete the refund request for reformulation, by the Autonomous Community of the General Urban Plan for failing to promote economic and social growth of Totana.

We understand that the three political forces in the City Council should demand in writing to the Ministry of Planning chaired by the Government of Valcárcel, withdrawal of the General Plan to be revised based on the final route of the AVE agreed and the works planned by the Ministry of Development, and claim the improvement of the quality of trains and coordination with the respective time urban transport.

This will contribute to the progress, welfare and citizen protection of the environment.
