On Sunday 30 November three members of the Athletic Club Totana "JC Pallets-EE" moved to the town of Torre Pacheco to take part in the fourth edition of the Half Marathon.
After a short delay in departure due to bad weather, sometime after 10 am started the trial of nearly four hundred participants, including athletes were Diego Club Manuel Vidal, Juan Manuel Cano and Colin Thackwell .
Despite the cold and rain, which caused many sections of the course were full of puddles and mud, they made great time and a new podium for the Club, as Colin took first place in its category at the end of test 1 hour and 39 minutes.
Diego Manuel came before, that 1 hour and 33 minutes and scored his best time and was followed by Juan Manuel with 1 hour and 49 minutes, lowering also the best record in the distance.
Within the last month of the year, the calendar for athletes totaneros is full of sporting events, tests such as the Cross Mountain "Up the Black heads" in Albatera (Alicante), Half Marathon City of Molina de Segura "or San Wild such as Murcia and Crevillente.
Thus totaneros athletes continue their preparation for the month of March, where a good representation of the Club will take part in the Barcelona Marathon.
