The Mayor of Totana, José Martínez Andreo, and Council Member of Planning and Sustainable Development, María José Bedia, attended yesterday the ceremony of the "V Real Estate Development Awards" in which the company was awarded "Promotions Martínez Azor" who received the award for best building of social housing in the Region of Murcia.
With the awards, which were delivered in the auditorium of the CROEM in Murcia, the Promoters Association publicly acknowledged the actions of the real estate sector that have excelled in quality and innovation have brought an added value for the Region of Murcia.
On this occasion, "Martinez Azor Promotions" has been awarded by the characteristics of a building located on the side of the Rambla in Totana.
The mayor of Murcia was responsible for starting the ceremony for the awards and the Minister of Public Works and Planning, José Ballesta Germain, closed it.
For his part, Mayor of Totana congratulated the officers of the company totanera and indicated that the Consistory is to be done to facilitate access to housing with the construction of subsidized housing.
From City Hall, as indicated Martínez Andreo, will be carried out several initiatives related to this sector to alleviate the effects of the crisis thanks to the construction and procurement of OPV.
Specifically, according to the municipal councilor ahead, in December I will celebrate the VPO Promotion Fair in the town to coincide with the festivities, an event that has been promoted by AEMC.
Also, before the year ends will start an office of this body which will report on the benefits of subsidized housing as well as the procedures to be performed to transform a free home protected.
