The Councillor for Industry, José Antonio Valverde Queen, closed course "Advanced English", for employees and freelancers, with the presentation of diplomas to students who have participated in this training activity.
This course has been funded by the Regional Employment Service and Training, SEF, and funded by the European Social Fund.
The course has been conducted on the premises of the Centre for Local Development, with a duration of 30 hours, and has taught for 20:00 to 22:30, during the period between October 20 and on 6 November.
All attendees have been handed over a certificate of completion of the course and all expressed their satisfaction over it and their motivation towards achieving following training at our center.
Queen Valverde emphasized that both the students and the instructors and organizers of this course have shown a continuous motivation in the development of it and have been evaluated positively, highlighting the great interest in pursuing future collaboration in training.
Furthermore, it is conducting a course on "Advanced Computing" 50 pm in the Hall of Open Access Local Development Centre, from October 20 to November 13, and a course on "Prevention of Occupational Risks "with a duration of 50 hours with the same schedule.
These courses are free and are aimed at employed workers and independent, also supported by the Regional Employment Service and Training.
Because of the existing demand for these courses, which are aimed at self-employed and employed workers, the Department plans to continue organizing these training activities for next year.
