On Saturday 25th October we played in Hall Infante de Murcia awaited the semifinal and final intercultural III Football Regional Tournament, organized by Red Cross Hall.
The multicultural team Totana Red Cross, called "Sin Fronteras" FS played the first semifinal match against the team of "Red Cross Yecla, resulting in the victory our team by 7-1 goals.
After this victory went on to play the final against another team winning the semifinal match between Red Cross and Red Cross Calasparra Murcia.
So the final was contested between Murcia Red Cross and our local team resulting in the victory of a deserved victory.
The result was a 6-2 goals.
This activity consisted of an indoor football tournament between teams from different towns in the Murcia region representing immigrants from some countries that exist in our region.
The objectives of this initiative have been promoting values such as tolerance, respect, multiculturalism, and encourage the integration of immigrants using sport as a tool.
On the final day developed last October 25 there were several fun activities for all attendees, and held the semifinal and final of the tournament.
Our team was led by a group of volunteers and guests at all times supported his game from the stands.
The Red Cross organization would like to thank for the victory and the interest shown by both the volunteers and immigrant members of the team, made up of nationals of Morocco, Algeria and Bolivia, who have selflessly given their time to achieve our goal : multiculturalism.
